Concrete Lions was the name Ellis and I began calling ourselves around 2004. After making a bunch of home recordings together we eventually became a real band which featured, in addition to Ellis and I, Jen Deon (Pizza Sub, The Dirtmitts) on bass and Scott Bell (Buffaloswans) on guitar. An even earlier, more noise jam-oriented version played a couple of shows with Bones on drums, Dan Toews on guitar, Ellis on bass, and Alex Krakus on guitar.
